There is a risk of developing gastric and/or duodenal ulcers associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g., naproxen) and low-dose naproxen is used to treat symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis in patients for whom other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are not effective.
■ Dosage & Administration
Adults: Take 1 tablet (naproxen 500mg/esomeprazole 20mg) orally twice a day.
Do not split, chew, or crush this medicine; swallow it whole with water. It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before meals.
