1. Severe refractory migraine
Starting Dose: 10mg once a day orally in the evening for adults under the age of 65(5mg once a day for ≤ 65 years). Discontinue if depression, extrapyramidal symptoms, or other severe side effects occur, or if symptoms do not improve after 2 months of administration.
Maintenance Dose: If required, 10mg once every 2 days or 10 mg once a day for 5 days a week (5mg once a day for ≤ 65 years). Administration should be stopped after 6 months of initial administration, and start again only if symptoms recur.
2. Dizziness due to dysfunction of the vestibular system: Same as migraine, but the initial dose should not last longer than the period required to control the symptoms of dizziness(generally 2 months). Discontinue if there is no clear improvement in symptoms after taking it for 1 month for chronic dizziness and for 2 months for paroxysmal dizziness.
